CCDC guide manuals will be referenced and used. Participants will be provided with copies of administrative forms to assist in navigating those requirements and responsibilities. Learning Outcomes:Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:Differentiate between the contract and the contract documentsList the six common modern construction contract arrangements.Correspond those arrangements to documents used in Canada to form them.Complete and execute the documents.Understand the parties’ various administrative responsibilities under those contracts.Fulfill those administrative responsibilities.Identify the various administrative forms necessary to meet obligations and responsibilities.Refer to various guide documents to assist in the process of executing contractual responsibilities.Successful completion of this course is worth 2 Gold Seal Credits.
