Premium Hole Sponsors receive signage at their designated hole, ability to staff hole, interact with golfers and distribute promotional material, recognition in all HHCA communications, on the HHCA website, from the podium and in the event program. Staffers/volunteers are invited to join us for dinner.The HHCA will assist you in coordinating with the golf club if you wish to purchase food or beverages to distribute.
For 2026, the HHCA is engaging a professional videography company to create a high-quality highlight video featuring drone footage, player action shots, sponsor visibility, and event highlights. The sponsorship benefits for this opportunity will last beyond the event as the video will be shared heavily across social media platforms, on our website and in membership recruitment campaigns. Hole in One Sponsor includes signage at your designated hole, recognition on all email communications, on the HHCA website, from the podium and in the event program. Sponsors are required to provide the HHCA with a copy of the insurance and the hole must be staffed by the sponsor (lunch and dinner for two volunteers is included).
Cart Sponsor includes signage on each golf cart, recognition in all HHCA communications, on the HHCA website, from the podium and in the event program.
BBQ Lunch Sponsor includes signage near the lunch buffet, recognition on each attendee's lunch ticket, recognition during opening remarks and in the event program.
Dinner Sponsor includes signage at each table as well as near the dinner buffet, recognition in all HHCA communications, on the HHCA website, from the podium and in the event program.
Sponsorship includes signage at the Putting Contest, recognition at the event and the opportunity to present the winner with a prize at dinner. (Lunch and dinner are provided for up to two volunteers).

Player Gift Sponsor includes the opportunity to supply branded items to golfers such as golf balls, tees, towels, bottled water, etc. If you require the HHCA to source these gift items for you, the sponsorship fee will vary.
