Construction 102 in Canada builds on the foundations of Construction 101, providing a deeper understanding of key business and project management practices within the Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Civil (ICI+C) construction sector.
This advanced course focuses on procurement, bidding and tendering, contract administration, and standardized contract terms and conditions. Participants will also explore emerging industry trends, technology, and innovations shaping the future of construction in Canada.
